Bongo? Wasn't he an odd 'tashed 70's kids magician? Or was it a fruit drink, I can't recall

Yeah, it's pretty clean and original to be honest. Nice patina. Spent it's life in the US and judging by the condition of it's 48 year age, hasn't seen as much rain as it would've been subjected to over here. Of course, the pictures make it look much sweeter than in real life close-up.

Took it on its maiden outing today, and had to return home sooner than I'd have liked due to some 'issues', which I'll seek some advice on in another thread, but I'm over the moon.

Just made some changes:

• Fitted black headlight bucket & instrument buckets (Matt's new CNC ones)
• Fitted black brake plate & RH rear wheel cover (both these & above parts done with the 2K epoxy can in satin black)
• Fitted red tank & side covers bought from our @Dellis - gives quite a different look, I think.

Interstate is pretty-well done. Had a cheeky run around the block late arvo. Front brake is just woeful, the rest is jut fine.

Scanning through all of these amazing photos, it is interesting to note that, like human portraits, the Norton Commando definitely has its favourite face. Now, I wonder why?
