Lookin’ good Cab.

Particular praise must be bestowed on that fabulous front mudguard, if I may say so.

So, how’s the super lightweight, super smooth new engine running ??

Just 112 miles so far Nigel, so a bit early to tell, but first impressions are good and less vibey. Those with an eye for detail will spot a pair of gloves tucked behind the barrel warming up, lol.

Dommie Nator:

Nice. I like the wheel size - 18in front and rear? What is the shiney part in pic 2, near the oil filter?

gold.Renthal.....might change back to chrome but theRenthals feelgreat

Only IMHO of course, but the gold sticks out a mile and draws your eye, thus detracting from the rest of the machine.

Don’t they do silver?

Maybe paint them?

19 WM2 front and rear, shiney bit near the oil filter in pic 2? I can only think it's the bottom of the centre stand where the paint has been ground off?

regarding the gold bars......here's what I gonna do./..I just put some new Norton bend ones on my 75 XS650 Yamaha..the model with the black tank and gold/white graphics.....so I gwine to put the gold bars on that bike which will blend in better and the chrome ones off Yamaha on the commando...….I had actually thought of doing that but the 'feedback' and seeing the tank/panels in the ruby red metallic pushed me over the edge...rain here again this weekend so might as well do it then
