What is your rear brake setup on that Jerry? And why the front on the right for the mk3?Got it ready for summer! Nice ride out and it’s running perfectly. Since I restored it in 2012, had hardly any issues. Most work done on it is upgrades. I just removed the Shorai batteries and put a AGM in, turned into quite a major rewire. Fun to ride.

I recognised the colour immediately thinking it was actually that bike Matt recently built; my eye went straight to the side cover looking for his logo. Magnificent job Reggie, definitely a colour I would consider if I commissioned a cNw although 2 orange bikes in the garage might be over doing it
They used to, but they stopped doing so, allegedly due to there being so many variations in Interstate tank length.Does Corbin make a seat for an Interstate model or is it modified? By who?
Matt altered my seat in 2025, and it is a very snug fit next to the fuel tank. I needed to take some very accurate measurements from the rear of the fuel tank so that Matt knew what length to alter the seat to. As you said correctly Nigel, apparently there are a few variations in the length of the Interstate tanks. They used to, but they stopped doing so, allegedly due to there being so many variations in Interstate tank length.
I believe they will still make you one if you take the bike to them.
Matt at cNw modified one to fit my tank, but he needs the tank in order to do this. And I dunno if he still does it?
That’s great if he can do it via measurement and not require the tank!Matt altered my seat in 2025, and it is a very snug fit next to the fuel tank. Corbin don't make a seat off the shelf for the Interstate fuel tank, but work in collaboration with Matt, who returns the modified (cut) seat for professional good quality upholstering.Does Corbin make a seat for an Interstate model or is it modified? By who?
I think Matt prefers to have the tank to measure himself.Th

Mine is a snug fit too, so much so I don’t use the rear retaining strip thing.
