That growl is what I was hoping would be preserved with these and they certainly were. I'm gonna take my English-made silencer to my fabricator guy up the road to ask him to see what he can do to weld it up nice. Keep that set as a spare - clean it up, and maybe mount them on the Combat since those are a little rougher looking.

I stuffed a new 850 Commando motor into an Atlas. It has lightweight pistons on standard rods and a balanced crankshaft. Tri Spark ignition. 520 0-ring chain and sprockets. And a belt drive.
