I think it is a shame that more classic motorcycle enthusiasts have not had a chance to ride a well set up T150 or T160. I have actually never owned one but I have lots of experience fixing them and riding them from my bike shop days. They are unlike any British bike that I know of. They are not like the Triumph T120s or T140s of the day and not at all like the UJMs that followed. They have lots of torque even at low RPMs, a low center of gravity and a fantastic engine growl and exhaust note. They are, however, their own beast with their own peculiarities. I think the T160 with it's electric start and bigger tank is the nicest of the bunch.
