Replacing the Glass and Crhome bezel on Guages

hi awhile ago i had an unfortunate accident when a peice of wood fell of a high shelf and speared into my speedo guage dinting the chrome ring and cracking the glass i was wondering how i would go at removing the ring so i am able to fit a new one onto it.
