I called by the SOHO shop last September & they were discounting everything in store by around 20% ( not inc the bikes ) ,don’t know whether it’s a regular deal

I'm on their mailing list and I often get offers coming through....
On ebay a while ago were some Clark Norton branded boots. They must have been sold at a Clark outlet but they are really great and I haven't seen anything quite as good for the money. One of Stuart's joint ventures which didn't work out?

Mine is a 2015 SE in the US. Looking at the top of the forks, it says 1 of 50. I’m a little new to this but noticed the U.K. bikes of SE lineage say xxx of 200 and have a sequence number. Are all the US SE model bikes simply 1 of 50 or am I riding a piece that should have gone to Jay Leno’s garage?

But of course, the SE is not my only bike ... and the orange one is my son’s. They tell me I must have some kind of an illness. I am the same way about Cars and other toys too.

Yea. I know. Another beach run. Well....it IS and island. Made a few friends along the way. She liked the bike even while it was running. Walked right up to me for a handout.

Nice photo as never seen four together before. Do we all have the leaking exhaust joints?

The bikes are (left to right) Richards, Bens, mine, Stuart’s, Marks.

All the exhaust on the bikes above leaked a lot of noise out of the open pipes, if that still what you mean ?!?

No you can see the black carbon at the joints. It's a british thing

Just got the headlight rim nicely chromed by a Birmingham plating company - I think it looks much better than the black.

Had to buy road tax - cost me three pounds six shillings! Daylight robbery. Never mind, had enough left to buy the latest Kinks 45.

Funny how people have different opinions. I was so happy when the solid black came out in 2015 and ordered the all black light. But my dad, like you, likes the chrome better.

I could have given you my old bezel. Although the entire bucket changed so it may not fit.

Shiny, we like shiny!
Who did you use? and what was the turn around time and if it's not too rude a question, what did it cost?

A fascinating company which trades under a few names including 'genius of the lamp' or https://www.concoursplating.co.uk . They do some fantastic work renovating beautiful big lamps from vintage and veteran cars plus other brightwork. Based in Birmingham's jewellery quarter. Took a couple of days and £40.

Quality of finish was absolutely perfect and I think they do other plating.

The morning commute can be such a chore - Earlswood reservoir and sailing club;
