Hi.
Where is the rectifier fitted on the frame?.
Maybe on the left side, on the tab up the left side cover/coil bracket lock?
Thanks
Piero

Hi.
But behind the ignition switch there is the bottom oil tank fixing brackets.
But up the left bracket where is fittet the coil and close the side cover, there is a tab.
What is it for?
The other tab on the left side of the frame needs for fit the side cover and the spring of the capacitor.
Thanks.
Piero

The early high pipe models mounted the switch between the coils, and the later bikes had it under the front of the battery cover (on the top), and the rectifier just behind it. The ignition switch has it's own bracket, which bolts in place. I'll have to look at my bike when I get home for more details.

Thank you

I finally got around to actually looking at my bikes ignition switch and rectifier. There is a small tab that comes off the frame, inside the battery cover, at the top, in the front, with a 1/4 inch mounting hole. The rectifier mounting stud enters the hole from behind, and captures the ignition switch mounting bracket at the same time. I don't know when the ignition switch was moved from between the coils to this position, but it is an improvement, as far as convenience is concerned.
