Pictures of your Norton Commandos

Just put the finishing cosmetic touches on this weekend. Got a friend coming over tomorrow with a vacuum gage to help me balance the carbs and then it's just wait for spring... or possibly another global warming winter like last years.

I painted my rear mudguard FFBlue because it was covered in bondo, etc and it looked cool that way. But I really wanted an original look so I bought a newer chromed one, but I thought matching guards to the paint work looks really good as an option. As does yours Robb.

Robb, the painted fenders look mighty nice, sure don't see them often!
Thanks GP. I did it more out of necessity (was looking at about 450 for new fenders) but I ended up really liking the look.

This is beautiful.

Thanks,

The only thing left is to put the 'D' double stripe on the Ranger tank, which I don't have the skill to do. Waiting for the local expert, Bart, to schedule me.

This could be the last ride on Red Hot. Seriously thinking about vr880 yellow on black scheme.

I got really tired of spraying black paint, so I used BRG:

I really love that color. Looks great. Definitely going to look at trying to paint something in my garage BRG in the future!!!! I don't care if it has to be a toaster oven.

This is how mine looked in January.

I made the Spa meet :)

Holy crap, Storm42, it looks like the contest is over before it starts.

Yellows in not my fave, but yours get the nod. Proper.

It's rare when they get the lettering right on those side cover.
