Donald Trump is impeached!

There’s your proof. Proof by admission; proof from a braggart.

Hunter was Joe’s cutout. No different than a drug dealer standing in doorway, watching his 10 year old nephew take the money or hand off the drugs.

Pure projection. Dems accuse others of their own crimes.

Then, on here, we get slurs and changing of the subject.

Ya got nuthin’.

Notice- not even an attempt to rebut the legitimacy of executive privilege or the fact that investigation of Biden bribery is also legitimate.

Joe Biden is not on trial. Trump is (impeachment). The defense of “He did it too” is that of a five year old after being caught in the cookie jar.

Notice - The supposed conduct of Joe Biden is irrelevant.

Now our impeached president has killed the second in command in Iran without Congressional approval.

First it was "Hillary's E-mails" now it's "Joe Bidens Corruption".

Don’t forget the Republican mating call. Benghazi! Now replaced by “Joe did it, too!”

He only needs their approval for a declaration of war, which this wasn't.

War is "declared" following provocation or retaliation. What is this if not provocation? The trap has been baited.

Thanks to the party of national security and fiscal responsibility we are now getting involved in a long term expensive conflict so our impeached president can MAYBE win reelection.

Please see my previous posts.

If you support Donal Trump you support going to war. Is that a position you are willing to take?

That’s a big leap Pete.
Supporting immigration controls or building a wall to “keep them out” is a long way from killing them in their own back yard.

From all intelligence communities, this guy was orchestrating atrocities against western allies of Middle East countries. The president responded to two attacks against American personnel in less than a week - most Presidents would do the same. The dangerous thing is the target he chose in order to makes a point - he has effectively attacked the Commander in Chief of a foreign country - how would the US respond if the Commander in Chief was “taken out” by another countries military leader (forget that it is currently Trump). I don’t think Trump thinks too far ahead but this is a big deal to Iran, they are patient so look out!

Trump is dangerous because he does not listen to his advisors, both George W Bush and Obama had the opportunity to get rid of this man but did not do so as they were advised it was a bad idea. Trump was advised of the same thing but chose to ignore the advice.
We all need to keep looking over our shoulder for a while.

while I really admire the Great Country and its folks to the south of me , I will take the damned winter anyday over hostilities , hope our troops don't get dragged into it .....

The United States is a war mongering country. Conceived of war and warring since. Even engaged in war between citizens of northern versus southern geographic areas.

I was going for dramatic effect and I agree with your points above.

The fact of the matter is the man is playing with American and Iranian lives in a bid to win re-election.

You CANNOT separate the fact of him accusing Obama of the same tactic from him engaging in said tactic currently. It's as plain as day.

As far as atrocities in the Middle East. How about abandoning Kurdish allies to slaughter in Syria?

As an American it is infuriating to watch a man who didn't want to be President to begin with repeatedly embarrass us on the world stage.

Here is a quote from our fearless leader following the troop pullout from Syria. How can anyone still support this liar?

“I fully understand both sides of it. But I campaigned on the fact that I was going to bring our—our soldiers home, and bring them home as rapidly as possible,”

All this worry does is cause loss of sleep and rise of blood pressure. I don't particularly approve of the strike, but since they've literally been pulling this garbage on the US since '79 or so I probably wouldn't have batted an eye had he pulled a Carthage on the entire country. In my life I've only met one man from Iran I could honestly say I trusted, and he came here to get away from the insanity there.... So there Pete you have a few of my thoughts, though please don't attempt stating what I think or approve of. If I wish you to know I'll come right out and say it if you ask politely.

Only the first part of my response was directed towards your previous comment.

The rest was just ranting.

I don't level personal attacks at anyone here.

Pete,
You are not alone in being embarrassed by the leader of your country - it’s happening everywhere
Many are embarrassed by...

Boris Johnson -UK
Morrison - Australia
Macron - France
Putin - Russia
Etc..

What I do find incredible is that with all the technology and intelligence in the Whitehouse, they are incapable of intercepting his twitter feed before it hits the website -alternatively just turn the f*cking WiFi off!

Whilst this has been simmering the rain cleared off last night and I've gotten two rides in today... A nice sunny one this morning and another rather windy one this after. So my day has been grand.

Wasn't taken personal on the comment really.... I get edgy with the political garbage flying because there just seems to be no escaping it. Riding is the only way..... Radio, tele, all saturated. My only wish is that politicians would STFU and do what they draw pay for rather than play show & tell.

A demand for proof of Biden’s corruption was made.

I provided it.

The response? “Irrelevant! And our Democrat projection of our sins omto Trump is off limits! Do not speak of Joe’s crimes! Never again!”

Biden actually did what Trump did not do.

Ya got nuthin’

Trump rescued you guys - a convenient change of subject.

I am against the welfare/warfare state. I am a “between the wars” isolationist Republican in the tradition of Robert Taft.

That means I am not a present day Republican. I condemn their cronyism as much as I do this new Bill Clinton style of Democrat Wall Street cronyism.

I deplore the fact that Trump issurrounded by neocon hawks and I wish he would return to the isolationist stance that he announced during his 2016 campaign.

Lastly, I think it rich for a bunch of left-wing liberals to suddenly find the constitution and the need for a declaration of war. I

I also also find it rich that a bunch of left-wing liberals claim concern about Russia. During my entire political life the left has not been worried about Russia.

I hope that the Iraqi legislature votes to have the United States removed from Iraq and that Trump then follows their wish.

The middle eastern countries will never engage in any real peace.
Their religion precludes it.
It makes no difference whether they pedal real Islam or phoney Islam, the results are always the same :- lots and lots of people dying, countries turned into barren wastelands , no infastructure etc. etc.

That being the case, best to leave them to their own instead of trying, and failing, to create democracies.

I completely agree, but with the stipulation that Israel should receive continued support/protection. Other than that let the remainder of the region transition to glass on the surface because solar temperatures are the only surefired cure to treat the affliction and prevent the further spread of that and abused goats.
Sorry if this is offensive, but I've just reread my copy of 'A History of the Arab Peoples'. Nice heavy thorough tome which only reinforces my thoughts. They did have great poets, scholars, scientists, architects, etc. prior to all of their recent regressions into insanity. Such a shame too.
