Actually BritTwit we do... it's called the American West. As beautiful as the Swiss Alps, German Alps, Austrian Alps and the Italian Dolomites are ( I visited them all when I lived in Europe from the late 70's and throughout the 80's) none of them come close to the sheer beauty found in the hundreds of Mountain ranges and lakes found in places in the West with little to no crowds.
 
961s and mountains, I’ll throw my recent trip to the Pyrenees into the hat.

I’m currently trying to develop a mobile humidity controlled transparent bubble to envelope and protect my CR whilst riding - hoping that it’s not going to affect handling on a windy day!!!?:rolleyes:

Short 120 km ride this morning - Can’t just blast past this view of the Glasshouse Mountains. Have to stop to see if there are any dinosaurs roaming around! Looks like there should be to me!

Bike was flawless, although it ejected another tank bolt. A little tighter next time and fingers crossed I don’t rotate the fixing.

All this Nortoning and you will be catchy blighty britt up on the mileage stakes. Wasn't this the 961 that was on ebay several months back?

Certainly with those carbon wheels fitted. Was going to get my suspension set up by a professional until I had the carbon wheels fitted. Didn’t really feel the need to after that.
