Mr. Steve Ford and a group of Guzzi Riders from Washington and Oregon
recently had an opportunity to visit the Norton factory. Here is
Steve's post to the Guzzi forum and a link to pictures:

For a wet and dreary Saturday we had a great turnout for Guzzi
Breakfast, with 39 people in attendance. Part of the reason for the
large participation was Jim Smith's hard work getting a tour set up
at the Norton Factory in Gladstone Ore. Kenny Dreer, owner and Jeff
Springston, Sales Manager gave a lively talk about the evoultion of
the new Norton Motorcycle. Kenny even fired up the lastest prototype
bike that is to be track tested on Monday if the weather cooperates.
It was a very fun and informative tour, and a big thanks to Jim Smith
for setting this up, and for the hospitality of Kenny and Jeff during
our visit. They even let us ride our bikes into the warehouse out of
the pouring down rain. Kenny and Jeff were very pleased to see such a
great turnout of bikes on such a rainy day. I think I counted 12
bikes that rode from breakfast.

Here's a link for the pics.
