DummyNator. I put together this display motor from old parts, Combat cases , Atlas barrels, MK3 timing cover, cylinder head? not sure! Some new hardware, old carbs, engine plates are 090 aluminum. Deburred the terrible Norton castings!

Real nice job!!

That is a lot of work. I started to deburr an old head I have laying around and said to myself, "The heck with that. It'll take for ever."
 
I see the problem right off No Crank!!! LOL Great job lots of work just for display

How did you go about demurring the cases?What tools,die grinder,etc?

Was the Norton logo on the timing cover painted from the factory ? :D
