DummyNator. I put together this display motor from old parts, Combat cases , Atlas barrels, MK3 timing cover, cylinder head? not sure! Some new hardware, old carbs, engine plates are 090 aluminum. Deburred the terrible Norton castings!

Put some blue LEDs in the stacks and some red ones in the exhaust ports, and fire it up!

You need to remove those mesh filters off the bell mouths or it'll run rich at high rpm!!

Don’t forget to torque down that loose barrel nut.

Real nice job!!

That is a lot of work. I started to deburr an old head I have laying around and said to myself, "The heck with that. It'll take for ever."

How did you go about demurring the cases?What tools,die grinder,etc?

A good compressor with an air grinder, various wheel grades then sandblast and vapor blast!
