Not sure where to post this. Is this CNW still up and running? I placed an order for parts at the end of June and have yet to receive them. I was also not given a tracking number. I called a little while ago and left a message but have not heard anything back. Can someone speak to this? Thanks!

They are very much in business. What parts did you order? Some parts must be made, some are in stock, some are waiting for stock, some must he paid up front. You should have received an email conforming the order - did you?

Matt does not usually respond to phone calls on the weekend but does work 7 days a week. Call him tomorrow. Make sure messages from him are not going in your spam/junk email.

It is strange seeing this question asked again but, is Colorado Norton Works open?

I have called CNW 5 times, and left 3 messages with no response at all. I also PM'd Matt here. Nothing but radio silence!

I'm traveling and can't be calling all the time. Besides, if CNW is out of business I'll need to pivot on my '72 750 refresh and the idea of rebuilding my '73 850.

I've already got a number of CNW parts for both bikes but need additional parts to complete what I have planned.

I hope it is just some weird hiccup, because I really like the CNW parts I currently have and enjoyed dealing with Matt in the past.

Please, can anyone shed some light on this for me? I'm at sea for awhile and only have limited internet access.

Yes, they are still running. I write and get replies quite often. I got four emails yesterday. It's possible your emails are not arriving or being flagged as junk/spam. All clean - neither side or me being scammed. It's likely an email Spam/Junk issue between @mr.s.t.roker and cNw.

cNw is very much alive.

If you write Matt and don't get an answer pretty quick, then it's likely he didn't get the email.

I've never had trouble getting him on the phone either - but leave a message if he doesn't answer. Like him, my phone rings all day long, mostly junk calls and often I'm already on the phone. I never interrupt the call I'm on for another call, and I never return calls to unknown numbers without messages.
