Nice to meet you, I am the owner of the 2015 Norton 961 in Japan.

I tried to order parts from Norton Works, Colorado, but I can't get in touch by email or from the sales site on the homepage.
Is this shop currently closed?
 
Hello.

There were posts recently (but can not find them) but CNW is alive and well and folk were receiving orders.

Best way to contact Matt (cNw) is to email him to suggest time for phone call - say 3pm (Colorado time) one or two days ahead - he's usually very helpful.

Some people did say email replies were slow but others were receiving orders quickly, so yes keep trying.

メールの返信が遅いと言う人もいましたが、注文をすぐに受け取る人もいたので、続けてみてください。

I ordered a part from Matt and there was a delay shipping it. Matt stated that incoming orders have been a bit overwhelming recently but he is working hard to catch up. I received my part.

It’s thanksgiving holiday weekend here. Might be a delay.
 
Matt and cNw are fine. I just talked to him yesterday. What problem are you having ordering from his cart? I manage that. Send me a pm and I will see if I can help you. It should be working fine.

How does one that is having email problems, review emails that he’s not receiving and telling the sender to send more emails lol
 
I ordered some tools Via website a month or so ago and they arrived within a week including some delay to pay import duties

It might be better to phone Matt to give him a heads up that an email will be sent so he will know to answer it.
