Norton Cafe Racer Deluxe

I saw this on the cover of Cafe Racer magazine. I'm not a huge fan of Cafe bikes, but this one really caught my eye. In fact, my 72 Combat is currently awaiting reassembly, I'm considering going with what I saw on the magazine cover. It's difficult to see here, but a lot of this bike is actually stock.

So is it fair to assume there is no electric starter?
