No, if it's only one bike, you'd tick the lowest applicable box.I am struggling what to put mine down as, I bought it almost stock, original, but to then put it safely onto the road I replaced a few bits and pieces
tyres & tubes , forks & yokes
brake disc, master cylinder, caliper & hose
handlebars
headlight glass, LED bulbs, wiring harness
fuel taps & hoses
wheel bearings front and rear, both axle shafts, drive chain,
CNW starter setup, so new clutch, belt drive, chaincase inner, air filter
lithium battery, electronic ignition, solid state rectifier, single 12v coil
new exhaust pipes, new peashooter silencers, new cotton reel mounts everywhere
oil filter, new hoses, new clips, replaced most nuts and bolts with stainless
I‘ve still got the original clutch cable does that help?
I think I’d better tick them all bar the last
