ID this EI

After sitting 3 weeks. I figured I'd see if she'd kick over. No Joy. Headlight was on the dim side, but not so much
it wouldn't have started with points. I immediatly suspected it had EI. So I pulled the cover and, Ta-Da.
Any idea which one this might be?

Sure looks like old fashion universal one curve fits all Boyer trigger unit but can't say about its unshown brain box. I think you have a big mis-conception of what to expect Boyer vs point when volts are below 10 even down to 5. You just lucked out to get a kick start likely d/t a swift kick and good function of the blue can.
Boyer's tend to go into bezerk hi advance on low volts. Boyer factory trigger wires are a known break inside insulation point, not if but when, so keep that constantly in mind until you upgrade voluntary or are forced silent away from home.
 
Usually under gas tank and likely the Black Box Analog model, cigarrett pack size.
