Gear box mounting question.

With my gear box mounted in the frame, as seen below, there is about .5mm gap either side between the gear box top mount and the cradle, should there be washers between the gear box top mount and cradle ( and the washer pinch tight without any crash on the cradle ? )?.

And it's fairly common to be missing! If the washer is not there and the gearbox bolt is tightened to spec, the cradle warps and the alignment of the geabox/chain case is messed up which will cause the sprocket/chain to groove the chaincase.

Also make sure you put the spacer on the correct side. Don't ask me how I know...
