g/box reverse shift camplate

Hi All, I have been given a g/box reverse shift camplate to fit my Norvil, can anyone confirm which way it goes in & how it would be set up please? I was also thinking of buying the Hemmings engine rebuild DVD, does it cover all the little mods that should be done when the lump is stripped & is it worth the £25?

That would be £25 well spent in my opinion, why not get his gearbox DVD too?
