21 on the rear hub diagram.

Unfortunately not sure where this one went and the ones I have tried it seems the ID is too big

A quick question on washer (06.7603 / NME5276, above), the dummy axle it fits to, and the lip of the drum brake that the dummy axle is tightened against. I think I know the answer but all instructions say to fit the washer in place prior to inserting the dummy axle, which makes no sense since the washer can be placed against the dummy axle after assembly.

Would you please confirm that the dummy axle sits directly against the lip of the drum brake on assembly (red marker in pic below)? The washer shown in parts diagrams is 1-1/4 and would just fall through the brake drum hole.

A picture - the red indicates the areas that would fit against one another.

I think perhaps you could have misunderstood the instructions in section H5, 9, of the factory manual which isn't clear that the dummy axle should be inserted first to support the "inner washers" (felt and felt retaining washers).

Yes, the 06.7603 (brake plate packing shim/washer) fits between the brake plate and the dummy axle shoulder.

Thank you, yes, that text threw me - evidence supported your interpretation but I wanted to be absolutely positive before I put my fresh double-bearing in. The lip is such a small ledge as well I had to be sure, but then again there are no lateral forces, only the need to locate the dummy within the drum brake itself.

Thanks again, love this forum!
