I'm trying to catch up with ya quick as I can. Give us some photo's and sonic video if possible eh.

hey hobot!
im still trying to figure out the photo thingy for this site but if you look me up on facebook there are photos of the bike at least and of the blower on the bench. there might be some photos on the toronto mods and rockers 2012 website as well

Ugh Barry I don't get involved with fb and may not be up to finding the toranto site. Try this, r clic one of you fb pictures and tag >copy image location< then open post here and tag image then hit paste and it should appear here.

Are you able to get this practical operation from the ole Lake Injector? If so this is fantastic news to me and believe i'd got method to mod the needle so works good top to bottom all weather.

I'm also particularly curious if you notice an affect on handling sense. Beware nailing it leaning of course.

Here's Barry . Also my first attempt at picture posting ! Yay !

OH Sheet - Barry that photo made me giggle like a drooling baby! I love it, painted Zplates and lavender frame. I was wavering between sky blue and lavender for Peel but you swayed me to Lavender. Dual belt 2nd generation it looks. Factory injector fueling is very encouraging to see. I must take your install on a yellow Combat as a good omen, as I'm been trying to suppress recent thoughts of mating what I got on hand ready to go go. Guess what my new screen saver is? Now find someone with video or phone to put some sound and action to something few of us ever heard a Norton sound like, including me so far.

For some reason your images brought this relationship to mind.

ooh ooh ooh, almost forgot a striking feature to me, the air ducting on barrel as I've wondered about doing that to and see its ancient history already to you. Lock wire is wonderful attachment solution too, cool! I'll have meters to see what difference it makes.

Nothing new under the sun, Peter Williams was doing this on his successful wheelbarrow Arter Matchless in the 1960s

Barry really does DRIVE this baby and showed up at 2012 Mods n' Rockers on it. This photo was taken at the 2012 Prince of darkness rally in Prince Edward County ,Ontario. He was preparing the Nitrous Kit for a demo when several campers hijacked his good intentions and drained the bottle but fast. Obviously next meet there must be enforcement of self-control or go the other way and bring enough bottles that the intended usage does occur. Am up to the challenge of an audio recording of the hyped -up whirring with my little camera's audio feature next time I see him.

Damn Damn Damn Torontonian best news I can read that the Barry is a REAL cavemen hooligan and the drive train is holding up so well he's going throw NOS in too! I well know about nitric oxide as neurotransmitter laughing gas, I had dental scuba tank full to work with getting cocaine addicted brother off the white agricultural powder when the craving withdrawals hit. Trouble with NOS is it can't be delivered till rather late in drag races or just blows up, witness the car movies waiting till near end to flip the Mad Max switch. Peel will be rather lighter than prior blown street Commandos and have 50% Hydrogen Peroxide on hand to add to water tank as even more powerful oxidizer coolant steam rocket anti-detonation fluid 3rd stage orbital booster. Just $5000 short of gear box to take it down the track AND around the bends! There's a whole world of superbikes to surprise and put down with ancient weapons.

Barry be a bit of a backwoods caveman himself and he stated he owns over 40 motorcycles on his farmage. A funny man with no airs. Looking forward to NOX next year. That's camping.

okay....sounds like...uh...peter? i appreciate the picture and the ego boost. but the bike aint gettin nitrous. thats strictly a non-bike recreational accessory. started making up an installation for the bike years ago but damn! kept using up the stuff on other entertainment endevours. oh well...i find that rolling on the bike with the blower is PLENTY fun enough [it goes just like it looks and to me thats like AWESOMELY AWESOME!!] and them colours is ma old school colours where i done served out my full 5 year sentence. got a big box of crayons [crayola 64 with sharpener in the bottom] and i dont mind getting them out....after all everybody i know has a stock coloured norton.

the locking wire [very observant] is done strictly adhering to mil spec somethingorother aircraft approved specifications but it is actually the best galvanized fence wire i could get. stainless steel aircraft wire is a real bitch to use!! i have found that this is a 100% reliable locking for exhaust nuts though. [you are welcome] the sheet aluminum on the side of the cylinder [also aircraft spec] is a quickee attempt to baffle some heat away from the blower housing. it does run hot and during the stinkin hot summer it will soak up enough heat to boil the fuel in the injector. then its time for a break from riding to cool off the blower with a jug of water [thats what saddlebags are for] but if its too hot for the bike to run properly its generally too hot to be riding anyway.
oh-its not a combat....stockstockstock 73 -lower compression ratio and milder cam than a combat

as an aside in my forays into the offbrands....im looking for a 650 beezer motor....some a65 and i want a single and twin carb head that can be rebuild to put into a 500 triumph chassis. im figuring on a rigid drag chassis with nothing on it that isnt necessary to make it go and legal...got a set of rz350 forks and wheels. i want to be able to pick the front end up in second. i think a single carb head would be easier to make the plumbing up for the supercharger...
