Hi guys.been at it for awhile. New points / battery fuse Good ground clean stumped. Could it be resistor.condensers? Idk any help much appreciated weather in RI IS beautiful and I'm bummed out

Remove the points cover and manually open and close one set of points with the ignition switch on. You should see a spark coming from the corresponding coil high tension terminal. Try the same thing on the other set of points. Consensors which are shorted out will prevent this, as will defective ignition coils. Also Ohm check the black/white wire and the black/yellow wire from the points to the coils for continuity and/or short to ground.

Make sure you have the insulators on the points located properly. Look for a post by LAB to do it properly. I had this issue.

Here it is.

Could you have refitted the terminals incorrectly?

The ring terminal of each points set must be fitted under the insulator, so that it rests againast the spring, and not on top of the insulator where it will be grounded by the stud and nut.
