What Kind Of Stator Do I Have

It could be either a three-wire single-phase stator in which case it will have six laminated internal pole pieces and five mounting holes or (more likely) a three-phase stator with nine pole pieces and three mounting holes.
Which rectifier or regulator/rectifier does it have?
A single-phase (two-wire) RM21 would be the standard stator.

The three Podtronics to stator (AC) wires are normally yellow as previously mentioned (have they been extended with lengths of black wire?), with red positive and black negative.

I think you may be right. A close look at this photo seems to reveal yellow wires peaking out from under the shield tube.It has to be a 3-phase (high or low output?) RM24 stator.

Yes but the ends of the wires at the bottom frame rail are black. The connectors are such that the Gr/Y wire can only be connected to a specific lead from the regulator as is normal with the Podtronics. I'm aware of the fact that the A/C leads from the stator are not lead specific for the other 2 leads.. I do recall that the 3 wire stator on my '67 A65T had 2 that were combined for 12v applications, thus only 2 leads on the OEM rectifier.
For a 3 phase alternator feeding a 3 phase rect/regulator any of the 3 alternator wires can be connected to any of the 3 wires to the rect/regulator. Its only with an earlier single phase alternator with 3 wires that you need to worry about which way these 3 wires connect to the 2 wires of the single phase rect/regulator.
