Engine removal frame brace

Im going to need to pull the blown motor soon. I assume to move the bike around you need the brace? If it just stays on the bike bench and supported I don’t need to worry about it?

I use the big tywrap/zip ties instead of a brace. They work well.

I hooked some ratchet straps into the cradle holes and over the frame to wheel it about.
