Hi
Havent had my 750 long and had a few wiring problems to be honest it's a mess I found 8 scotch locs in the headlight all 3 warning lights not working (no wiring no bulb holders ) frame harness is a mess battery box area a mess so ripping the lot out and bought a new headlight harness and frame loom have cut out all the crap on the switch gear so I could do with the correct route for the frame loom and positions for the reg assimalator ect any help would be appreciated boyer fitted as well.

If you want a custom harness, build it from scratch. If you want a stock harness, buy the parts and use it as it comes. Not sure why you would buy stock harnesses and massively modify them.
Punctuation must be expensive where you live......... :)

It is really straight forward, depending on how your bike is set up you will probably have a bunch of wiring to stow under the tank. If you are pulling the wires out of the handlebars switches you will need to be handy with a solder iron. There are various options such as getting a central unit from which all wires radiate, can't remember who makes them but makes wiring simpler (he said!). Also you can replace the gen light with an independent unit that reads direct from the battery. There are quite a few options as well as sticking to factory spec.

Hi thanks for that, thankfully all wiring to switches is still there just a bit shorter so can extend with appropriate wires, seeing as there is no assimalator I'll go with the charging monitor a lot simpler. I'm sure I would have had a fire problem or continual breakdowns with existing wiring (yellow to red, blue to green ect) obviously I won't be using some of the loom ie indicators ect so always there if needed. Cheers
