Now, now Ian - you've forgotten to take your angry pills again, haven't you?;)
...and what's with the "FF SAKE"? What does that mean?

Deep Fried Mars Bar
I was touring Scotland by motorhome some years ago and went into a fish and chip shop and deep fried Mars bar was on the menu. When I asked why? I was told they’d been asked for it a few times and decided to add it to the list. Makes a change from tatties and neeps I guess.

We have deep fried Lobster tails in Salisbury, MA. (and of course, AMAZING fresh Haddock), however, the very BEST Haddock I had was in Applecross on Skye Island.... (maybe it was situational two-wheeled euphoria that contributed after coming over the pass)

I’ve never heard Skye called “Skye Island” before.

Applecross isn’t on Skye anyway.

The haddock is locally caught and would have been swimming in the sea the day before if not that morning, we go to Troon docks for our haddock supper and its just as fresh, the sea air helps.

Skye is an island but just called Skye in UK.
