In the long run its cheaper to fill the beer fridge up in the shed than to drink at the pub all the time, but you do get to meet more friends at the pub and after a big ride its good to have just one beer before we all go our seprate ways.

There are no Pubs around these parts........ but plenty of Beer Joints!
Yesterday, at one such establishment, I was proudly served a Pabst Blue Ribbon in a can.

@RedApe: Patriotism only goes so far..... Make mine Blue Moon in a frosty mug, with a wide wedge of orange. A 22 oz tall one will pass muster....but must be frosty.....

Why pay for water? I just had a 'local' dry hopped IPA in a can and enjoyed the best of both worlds.

though I confess to PBR now and then (the price is right-$6 for 6x16oz) nothing is better than freshly brewed, draft ales. this place: http://hawaiinuibrewing.com/ is right around the corner, every saturday I quit early and they fill up my 72oz jug for $8

Why was beer invented, to make the ugly women look beautifull.

A old Aussie joke.
