Although ad blockers are available for pretty much all browsers, I don't use them. More and more sites are stopping content to those with blockers or at least making you acknowledge that you have a blocker which causes even more slowness.
The problem is that ad blockers are extensions to the browser. They take time to detect and block ads.
Since becoming a VIP member of Access Norton eliminates ads altogether, that's what I did. I spend enough time here that I don't want to be slowed by receiving potential ads and then having software block those ads.
I'm not pushing anyone to become a VIP member, but it does cost for Jerry to maintain this site...
