any inputs appreciated.

also,
don't get old,

just pulled a calf muscle during kick start.

ow!

I purchased some blanks off of ebay and my local ACE hardware cut them for $1 each.

Go to the lock shop. The blanks match the Austin Healey, Jaguar and other had this same blank. Just bring you key down and referance these cars and they will match it up.

Bummer about your calf, I over extended my knee kicking mine and it still hurts 6 months later. I'm just about to finish some work so the bike will be riddable soon & I'm almost afraid of how much it will hurt & maybe even make it worse. It's a fear that has mentaly slowed me down from finishing the work I know.

Yeah, a locksmith should have a section of British blanks to fit that.

Andover Norton has some original keys left, part##s 19-5152 through 19-5685, all from the FS series, and blanks for same, part#19-5694. Order direct, or ask your local friendly Andover Norton dealer.

For my British cars, I have bought from Pete Groh at http://britishcarkeys.com/. He has lots of original keys, so if you have the code he can send you the correct key with no cutting. Plenty of blanks, too, which is more cost effective. He'll cut those, too.

Here is an Ilco 62FS and a Silka 11A. They were $2.00 each at the local lockshop. They knew it most commonly as an MGB blank.
