There are how many little rubber buttons on the bottom of
the seat pan? Holes for 8.

Mine only had 2 rubber buttons and the rest was for the traped air to excape, they were near the back of the seat.

Mine has four buttons, two forward and two aft.

I figure the main this is you don't want the weight bearing on the metal mounting straps. This causes the seat to teeter-totter and it is really anoying.

My pan has eight holes. I have two buttons left.
Unsure of number required. The outboard forward
two would not seen to bear on anything but perhaps
the side cover.
Bike is in pieces so Im asking for 74 owners whose
bike is intact to send a pix if possible.
