reassembled the rear hub assembly on the 74 today. one detail I did not notice before teardown, but when assembled, I have a small gap between the hub flange and the lock ring - approximately .050" (see pic). question - gap normal, or should it be flush with the flange on the hub? bearings seemed to be seated OK, and there are only a few other parts in the assembly. everything went together without issues, just have this gap. lock ring seems properly secure and seated. anyone know for sure or have a pic of their assembly. assembly doesn't seemed that complicated. TIA....
edit - I did fit the aluminum disk and speedo drive assembly to the hub, and everything seems to fit properly. my speedo drive to disk gap appears to be the same as what I remember.
