Look at the pic of the switch LAB posted. The hole must line up with the pin to push it down with small pick. If you notice it lines up with the keyslot. If you drill a new hole at that spot (switch in off position - the old hole lines up when the switch is on.) you can remove the tumbler. Take any lucas ignition key and stick it in the tumbler, you will see some wafers sticking up past the barrel. file them flat with the barrel and replace the tumbler and presto. Be sure to replug the holes.
