I'm a bit late, but did you ever get an answer? I have also searched, and found a few references to WM4.5 (2.75") rims (Buchanan sun rims come in this size instead of WM4 if anyone is interested), but nothing concrete. It seems CNW has these rims as an option, but with a different chain guard to increase the clearance. I would be looking to fit an Avon 4.00-18

Bottom line, it looks like it fits, but i'm going with a 110 on a WM4 rim.
