Afternoon folk
Some help needed - the 750 rebuild is proceeding apace, but I'm just having some worries about how I assembled the cases. I used new superblend mains, and I put these in to the cases such that the bearing inners had thier flange facing inwards on each side, so the flange butts up to the crankshaft.
When I split the cases originally, I seem to remember that the timing side original non superblend inner could be pulled off the crank from the timing side before splitting the cases but after releasing the crankshaft drive pinion. Its flanged inner pointed outwards to allow this to happen.
So have I installed the bearings correctly, or have I put one or both in the wrong way round?
