I made mine in brushed stainless , but because my bike is lower and shorter than std , plus 18" wheels , I scaled them down 10% .
I tought , apart from wheight considerations , full size peashooters would look too big :
I also soft soldered the counter cone so that I can take them apart for repacking :

But the fact that the perforated tube isn't welded at both ends , puts more stress on the front of the damper , which sometimes cracks..
I would not recommend this for std rubber mounted mufflers .
