Does anyone know the proper stock paint color for silver/grey fender struts? Going on a 1973 Roadster.
Also, would this be the same color for the steering yokes?

I went to the local auto parts store with my old struts and found the can of Dupli-Color that was very close. I think I matched it from under the fender where it was not weathered.

I think this is it, as it is the only silver one on my paint shelf.

can't help with the 73 model year, but posting as a 74 FYI -- i found these a perfect match on my Mk2 - satin nickel for the upper and lower yokes, pewer gray for the front fender struts, and the matte gray is a perfect touch-up for wheel spokes. not shown, but duplicolor universal gloss black for any frame touch-up

Argent silver wheel paint. (The newer Krylon paint containing primer is the worst quality paint I've ever used.)

I had my triple tree scanned by a paint shop and the closest match paint code was TOY 9824B Silver. Any decent paint shop should be able to make this using this code. I got mine from Autopaints in Brighton UK. Don’t know if they use the same codes in the USA but would have thought so since you guys probably invented it.
This is how it looks on my Fastback project.

???? -- never had an issue with p&p krylon. FWIW, painted my BSA's frame and pieces/parts with the equivalent rustoleum paint and primer, gloss black aerosol - outstanding finish.

I bought stainless steel fender braces from Eurotrash (I think), they match my stainless-steel fenders perfectly! They weren't the easiest things to fit but they did fit with some finagling.
