Does anybody know where I can purchase oil filters for a 750 commando without having to order overseas? I`ve searched K+ N... etc.. and no one seems to carry these.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks, Mike

Check with Colorado Norton Works they have an adapter that threads right onto the existing threads and makes it a common type filter, You just clean the threads and apply some locktite with the new piece and now you have many common filters to chose from. It works great and it is cheap, Chuck.

Two filters I've used: Baldwin B474, or Wix 51032. I also have a Fram, but it's such a crappy looking filter, inside, that I won't use it. The Baldwin is a longer filter giving you more filter media and more oil capacity. Old Britt's used to sell them, but I get mine locally.

Your local NAPA store, same one fits rubber-head ducks-I believe it is a 1352, very good filter.
