General advise to all: If you haven't done it already, get rid of the spade terminals on coils and fit the wires directly via eyelets. It removes just another unnecessary junction that can loosen.

Not understanding how low tech and inexpensive simplification works? Looks nicer as well in my opinion.
Picture to explain below.
Eyelet shown for clarity only - attach securely to wire and insulate for best results.

The spade connectors are supplied loose with the coils ,it's optional weather you fit them or not depending what connections your using . so you don't need to get rid of them if your not using them, so won't need to bother checking for cleen keks in the event of unforeseen hospitalisation . Maybe....".........

What is "cleen keks"?

When me old granfur got issued his kit I believe it did not include drawers therefor he did not need to worry if they were dirty or not cos he didn't have any to put on, so the problem of "cleen keks" was never an issue cos they weren't issued. I think..................

Sorry needling , it was about spade terminal connections supplied unfitted in the box as opposed to supplied fitted. That led me to assume that they were an add on if required rather than a should be fitted item, mud flaps would probably be the opposite they should be fitted but mainly are not. Spade terminals shouldn't but are! It makes sense.
