Had a right rear indicator on my 13 Sport break. It worked, but was flashing quickly whilst hanging there. Ordered a new OEM. Replaced it but not the wiring. Only unpluggled the spade connectors inside the unit and plugged them into the new unit. That's because it had a much larger connector.
Tested. Flashed quickly. After a while, flashed normally. Ok. Didn't use the bike for a few weeks due to sub freezing temps.
Fast forward to today. Bike fired right up. Signals worked intermittently. Won't for a ride. Signals only work over 3500 rpms or not at all standing still. Any clue? Was thinking my battery was dying, but keep it on a tender religiously and bike cranks right up. Do I have a break causing resistance. Is my flasher relay going and needs more juice to work? I hate guessing.
Enjoy the weather, gents. If you get a day, use it wisely.
