My guess is you were at WW2 museum in England and after explaining to this older gentleman, who just happened to be wearing his original uniform, that to get true experience of how a parachute handles whilst one is dropping into enemy territory with full equipment load, one needed to cut every other shroud line and free-fall to within 100' of the earth....And he punched you in the eye. :P

[I have withdrawn from the competition. I lost interest when I realised a lot of guys in here don't even know how to kick start a Commando. What point was there in posting about the higher spiritual level of Commando ownership? hobot doesn't know how to start a Commando either. Not even after 15000 posts!

I have moved on to other things and will now be carpet bombing the forum with tales of BMW's and outfits. Seems nearly impossible to get kicked out of here which is odd, I've never lasted this long on any forum before.

Let's see here.
Hobot averages approx. 142 posts a month.
Where as Phil (we all hate yates) Yates averages approx. 278 postsa month.
Not really a competition is it.

Oh, and Phil, although hobot doesn't know how to start a Commando IN YOUR EYES, he surely hasn't given up as you have, ya lazy ass coward.

Anyhow, well done, Hobot.

Lazy ass coward? What the????
As usual pete, you miss the point totally. I was referring to kickstarting a Commando, nothing to do with electric starts. It is all revealed in the topic created on such. hobot's preferred starting technique is to launch himself from moving trucks. A unique technique indeed. It amuses me to see you are analysing my statistics, could you give me a monthly update? I'm far too busy posting to do any calcs myself, or even look at them.

Yes, it does seem odd that Les has not kicked you out

after all you did everything you could

including continuing to post irrelevantly with zero commando content or interest

even after he warned all of us (aimed directly at you) to stop doing that

but keep pointing out how hard it is to get banned, maybe you will get what you want

Just what is the Commando content in your post here gearbox?
If you were that concerned about Commando content, you wouldn't even be reading this topic.
But you glue yourself to such issues like a man possessed. Then blame others for writing what you wanted to read.

Good on you Steve, as for myself i like your stories, we all have them, some maybe hard to work out what you are on about but thats the fun of this forum and who cares if some of the topics go bush, the site wouldn't be the same if Steve wasn't there, as for Phil, he has a long way to go, I wish I had the money to throw at my Norton the way Phil does, but everyone is diffrent, but we all have the samethings in coman and thats a love of motorcycles, I would have said Nortons but i love anything on two wheels.

Good on you Steve.

I think we need to get things into perspective a little. The amount of money I throw at my motorcycle interest/passion is pretty small compared to many others. Take that ton up tosser from LA for example. Add up his advertised collection in value. Unless they are all in pieces (highly likely) or don't even exist. Seeing some pictures would be interesting.

BTW, I bought myself a maroon footy jumper. I never want to see NSW play again. After three minutes, I could see the outcome and went to bed instead.
