How do you fit the control lamps. Mine ar a loose fit, pushed into the holes and mount a kind of a rubber seal from the inner of the headlamp over it.

loose fit - all 3 warning light lenses pushed down and electrical spade connectors pushed up to mate the bulbs from the inside. When the big lamp gets shoved back in there the control lights all squeeze back out again by about 2 mil - idiot lights indeed ! A neater connector than the spades is required for a nice flush finish - its on the list to do . .

Try a blob of RTV on the inside of the headlamp bucket and the lamps, not pretty but it works and is easily removed.

I fit mine in with a clamp holding it tight and some JB Weld.

Thank you, but what's RTV?
Sorry, I'm Swiss.

Thanks, but what's «JB Weld»?
But the clamp brings me to a cable tie.
2 part epoxy. I pressed the holder in the shell as tight as I could from the outside and glued it from the inside. It makes it hard to get out, but so what. How often do you remove the holder?

No problem Fritz,
As bwolfie said, it's Silicone, the same stuff that you buy to seal your bathroom or kitchen or some gasket sealants.

You could try a cable tie but I think it might slip off.

I secured mine with a hot-glue gun on the inside. Clean the metal surface on the inside of the bucket first with some acetone.
