Harwich. UK. Help needed

Hi.
We're on the Hook van Holland to Harwich ferry right now. Right exhsust om my mk3 is cracker st the head. Anyone hear Harwich with some welding gear. Or know where I can get a New unbalanced one?
This is the first day of our 3 weeks holiday.

The nearest Norton shop I think would be FD Motorcycles in Great Dunmow, about 45 miles from Harwich.

Hi Dan,

There's a motor factors just up the road from the ferry terminal.

Google CG Motorfactors, they are open at 8.30am. You might be able to get some exhaust repair tape + wire etc. to do a patch to get you to FD Motorcycles L.A.B. mentioned.

From FD Motorcycles Facebook page: "Stopped by today to drop off my T150 exhaust pipe to get it welded. Instead, Andy did it while I waited. Excellent job, great price. He's a star!"

Sounds hopeful you can get your Norton sorted there.

Found out there is NOC rally 13 miles from Harwich. There will sure be someone who Can help.

We turned up at the rally and found out one of the branch members had a compleet metal workshop there. Within 2 hours we were back on the road and we made it up to Shropshire where we are now cruising in a canalboat with my family. A week of boating and then off to Ireland.
