Handlebar vibration (2018)

Okay - report time.. and I have to preface this with the fact that my 'bar vibes were not bad at all - just testing if an improvement could be made.
To get a "baseline measure" of the "before" situation I made note of how the handlebars felt at 2000, 3000, 4000 & 5000 revs. LH is easier as you can loosen your grip to better feel the vibes. I realise this is not completely objective but it is as good as I am willing to do.
RH side more difficult - so I inserted a piece of 6mm ss tube, hammered oval, under the outer half of the twist grip rubber, for the outer heel of my palm to act against, meaning I don't have to squeeze as tightly. Works well, so I'll leave it there.

Anyway the news is the lead shot has had a significant effect in improving bar vibes right across the rev range. The mirrors are definitely clearer, but I can also feel the difference, especially at lower and higher revs. Mid-range I couldn't positively say I could feel the difference but even there the mirrors are clearer.

So... the lead shot can stay there.
Cheers
