Exhausted.!
Left silencer fitting to connecting pipe, no wonder it was popping and farting on the over run . I sure hope this is not shades of Donnington type quality control , come on TVS get a grip it's such a simple mistake that should not happen when you know the past history and problems. I will send this pic to TVS but am not expecting a reply let alone an excuse. They will most likely say take it back to the dealers and waste half day plus petrol etc, but that isn't the point , if they can't fit a n exhaust correctly then were in trouble.

The fact that it moved is one thing....but did it come with no clamp?
Yes it was clamped, I just removed it to get a better picture. The point is it could not have moved at all, the cat is centrally bolted in place and the silencer was securely fixed so obviously it was assembled in that position at the factory.

So no sliding the muffler further on ? Do I see a De-cat H pipe in your future ?
