Hi Folks,

In the process of completing my Slimline Triton build and can use some advice on exhaust headers. I have a T140v motor set up for push over pipes and BSA swept back headers. Not entirely happy with the aesthetics and overall "fit" with these. I'm wondering if anybody here has tried fitting a set of 650 Siamese exhaust, and if so where there are clearance issues with the frame? TIA

Why don't you get a set of headers made to fit your motor and Featherbed frame, find an exhaust maker with a Mandle bender.

Thanks, it does look as though I will end up going down that route, or develop some new skills and try fabbing them myself.

Dresda Autos have pre bent down pipes and pre made exhaust manifold pieces.

The idea being that you set them up on the bike to the required angles etc and then weld / braze the down pipes to the exhaust manifold piece.

So it’s a very easy way of getting ‘custom’ pipes.

They’ll also sell you the exhaust mounts, silencers and absolutely anything else you need for a Triton plus stuff you didn’t even know you needed !
