Captain, have no fear...I sent Jim my head and it was worse than yours...To add to the pain the Post Office used it for a bowling ball and broke some fins...Jim repaired the broken fins and installed the bronze inserts flawlessly..The best part of his repair can't be seen in the video, and that is that the exhaust nuts do not come loose with these inserts, when properly tightened..

The fixture with multiple chucks is just great. Sure beats doing them one at a time.
