I don't believe I've heard of one...
But, if you are very industrious and have a good-sized stack of play money, you could swap your cam & timing cover for Commando ones, then build a drive to employ the starter in the magneto/distributor drive hole.

there was a Berkeley car with 750 Royal Enfield engine with electric starter, it was taken from a pulley in this photo, I have also seen one as taken from a geared ring as per normal car on RE engine;

I'm not familiar with AJS and Matchless model numbers, so this might not be applicable.
A member of a local club has a Matchless single (a 500cc model , think). He had both knee joints replaced and the surgeon (also a biker) said "no more kick-starting". He set to and deigned and built an electric starter for his bike. He and a friend started making them for sale once he had his installed and working. From what he said when we met a few years back, I think they made about 100 sets before they quit.
The last time I saw him, about 3 years ago, he was in his early 80's and still riding - mainly on a multi-cylinder Triumph. Not sure if he's still around.
