Only a rant/relief post as don't keep a diary so skip now. Digital age has made me realize that old school logic on repeating if the same action, one shouldn't expect any new results - just don't apply to new age or old cycles. Its bought me new respect for the mysterious Vitalistic Faiths.

I've not been able to ride off worldly affair riding through death frights since New Yr's Eve because Trixie simply refused to start time after time after time for what almost 2 months now. She made it 3 seasons on 5 yr old battery the goats made redundant in SV650. 3 wk ago battery fooled me real good, by charging to full V's ~13.4 and even started in freeze temps, not once but twice with 10 min interval between, just to make sure I could armor up to make appointment in time, but failed to fire no matter how much kicking faith I put to er, ugh, horn and light were weak just sitting a few min. completely shut off. Took cage and got new battery to see good sparks so in full faith about feel on face time and time again till worn out from kicking like ole Swoohedroo.

Renwed belief only a matter of faith and Grace till new life again, Kick tickle, kick kick kick, new plugs, kicke tickle kick kick kick, lash set, kick, wet floor and kick some more, electrics all check ok, Kick and mess and kick er again..,., carbs nipped up bowls drained dry and refilled still new slides, kicker and pray and pant, kicker and pray and pant, Kicker this way and kicker that with lots of throttle or none at all and kicker in between too. What is wrong me or Trixie???? I sprayed brake cleaner I use to El-Flame long range wash nests down, even in plug holes to dry out condensation and maybe fire on residuals as kicked and kicked friction heated bores and me.

So this am rolled into sun shine to sit an hour to hit upper 50's then kicked myself silly. reviewed faith in compression and valve train functional, fueling functional, electrics so new and working prior w/o riding ro crashing, just had to be my lack of faith effort offerings, she refused for 10 min of Grizzly Bear Grunt Graon intervals. Gave my self a break but seeing sun starting down phase gave one more act of faith and Lo Behold Life with nil smoke to boot!

Chanced driveway un-armored and made it fine, responded sharply to kick rear loose easy as pie, so off to gas up by farm tank and see if Pa Norton Grace allows my mood to continue.

Starter rollers are for spoiled racers not me. Personally I'm holding out hope for compression releases. But my faith is restored in Trixie, one tickle one kick or rather one step on it, hot or cold for a grin I've missed out on for no known reason but lack of full faith in each attempt. Now i face faith enough to ride in and out in one piece

Ya know Matt your comment made me see another way to relieve kick starting effort and frustration, adapt a tube into top of chamber, slip in a 12 ga blank and pull the trip wire. Winter sting is slipping fast so am tomorrow commute in low 40's I'll head out with new plugs and take a 10 mile side trip to my ideal plug chop place, steep 1/2 mile climb I can zoom up 4th WOT then cut -clutch swing around and coast back to a brake check wide spot to take a look.

Driveway straight away in spring time

I can help. Strap Trixie to a pallet and ship her up her. I'll send you my '82 GL500. It always starts.

You must accept the responsibility for this Hobot. For too long you have paid far more attention to Ms. Peel, than to the tried and true, Trixie. Supercharge this, machine that, strange gas in the swing arm. What did you expect? A girl will take only so much. I suggest you reexamine you priorities. Spend more time with her, take her to a full service gas station, and listen to her when she is down. I'm speaking from experience, if you don't mind the store more, you may come home someday to an empty garage.

Oh no, not so dear Diablo, Trixie took up 9 mo of concentrated recovery turmoil last year for most a year of play but nightly I pester Ms Peel to the Nth degree of detailing and figuring and measuring and shopping and buying for and sawing and filing and drilling and grinding of Al and Steel and rubber and fiberglass, latex and epoxy. Trixie is a mere trinket compared to my ever loving Ms Peel deal. I've just spared list the most the updates no one can relate to is all. Regular Cdo are built around their horn, Peel whole being is hung on her rump link. Blower is mere icing I made not even like or can handle.

OH MY you got that right but more like ground hamburger compared to Sirloin. I've found image of Mrs Emma Peel that's got to be one of the cutest things to a man this universe ever produced, but will have to be in arm's reach to enjoy it and lift loin flap to view. Dianna Rigg was kicked out of college d/t her 'diverse lovers', so a sporting gal in real life too, like my Ms Peel. She be asked not to smoke in restaurants but lit right up anyway - my kind of gal that loves to be ravished and ravaged! B/w HoneyMooners compared to color Avengers.

That's Alice, not Trixie in your post. Trixie is the one on the right in my Avatar. Be careful, she is still alive and after putting up with those guys, probably tough as nails.

Oh gosh you're right I goofed grabbing a photo of Trixie Norton. I watched HoneyMooners a fair bunch in b/w get up to change channel days. First Avengers was b/w too. Trixie was my favorite over Alice.

Trixie came from New Orleans some weeks before Katrina took out the river side shop. Apparently a reservist dog tag, which was fully intact - till 'she' met me.
